# Orders

This are special types of submissions for catalog items. It is the PRO version functionality.

Every transaction submitted through your forms lands here. Track payment status, booking confirmations, and full customer details — automatically recorded with inventory and date reservations intact. Filter by status, inspect any order, or cancel with one click.

Order for 'product' and 'booking' types are filtered separately. Example of booking type orders:

Each order has status. Important: when you use inventory/stock management for 'product' catalog items or any type of 'booking' type of items, then the statuses "Pending", "Paid", "Confirmed" will reduce stock level/keep dates/times unavailable. Changing statuses to "Refunded" or "Cancelled" re-vert stock level and makes available again previously booked dates/times.
