This is a demostration, not a real product! A practical walkthrough of building a product configurator for roller blinds — fabric swatches, width and drop inputs, roll direction, and an optional rubber insert checkbox. The price is calculated dynamically using a table-based pricing matrix and Smart Variables, and displayed live before the customer submits. We cover two modes: form-only submission as a quote request, and the same form connected to a catalog item so every submission becomes a tracked order. At the end we add a second product — double roller blinds — by creating a new catalog item attached to the same form, with a modified pricing table and one extra option. The point is that one form can serve multiple products without duplication: each catalog item carries its own price logic and defaults, while the form itself stays shared.
